In 2015, Adam designed the cover for the annual Star Tribune's Taste 50. This event features local food and business of the Twin Cities. New that year was the Betty Danger's notable ferris wheel. Specialty food trucks were beginning to appear more. Adam highlights several artisan food choices of that year including cheeses, ice-cream and donuts. Feast your eyes!
