All proceeds go back to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer - American Cancer Society. The only costs you pay for are the wholesale cost of the shirts and inks.

Shirts are printed on the 1st and 15th of each month and shipped out about a week later. We are printing on demand to keep our costs down so more $$$ goes to breast cancer awareness. In theory, the longest you would wait to receive your shirt(s) would be about 3 weeks.
